General Provisions

betjdv (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", or "the Authority") is an online casino and betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply to users located in Bangladesh and must be followed when using any service on the betjdv platform.

When you access the betjdv website, create an account, make a deposit, or use any game or betting feature, you automatically agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and if found, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. If any false or incorrect information is provided, betjdv reserves the right to close the account.

3.2 Password Security

Keeping your account password private and secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our live chat support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

To ensure a safe and transparent service, betjdv may carry out identity verification (KYC) for any user. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in the account being temporarily or permanently restricted.

Deposits and Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing money on the betjdv platform:

Minimum Deposit Amount: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300.

4.1 Deposit Process

4.2 Deposit Security

Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply to withdrawing your earned funds:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method originally used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal processing typically takes 10–45 minutes.
  • Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

5.1 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

betjdv may reject a withdrawal request under any of the following circumstances:

  • Account verification is incomplete.
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • There is suspicion of fraud or irregularity.
  • An attempt is made to withdraw to a third-party account.

Bonuses and Promotions

betjdv offers a welcome bonus for new users on the platform.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

  • A 120% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
  • Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.
  • Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x).

6.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering requirements.
  • Bonuses are for use in your own account only and are not transferable.
  • A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
  • If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, it will be considered void.
Important: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. If an attempt is made to circumvent wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and game play on the betjdv platform:

7.1 Betting Rules

  • The amount of each bet must fall within the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • betjdv will not be held responsible if a bet is cancelled due to an internet connection failure.

7.2 Fair Play

All games on the betjdv platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We are committed to ensuring fair play and no form of manipulation or irregularity will be tolerated.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a server error, software bug, or technical issue, betjdv reserves the right to cancel that round or bet, in which case the staked amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjdv platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
  • Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment method.
  • Using fraudulent software or bots.
  • Using any dishonest method to influence game results.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.
  • Using any betjdv platform content for commercial purposes without permission.
Consequences: If any of the above prohibited activities are found to have occurred, the account will be immediately and permanently closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

betjdv may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Extended account inactivity (more than 6 months).
  • At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

9.1 Account Closure at the User's Own Request
